# Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to this website, our estimates and the work we carry out.

## About these terms
This website is operated by Parker James Developments, 5 Hysopp Close, Hednesford, Cannock, WS11 7XA. By using the site you accept these terms.

## Website content
The content on this site is provided for general information about the services we offer. Descriptions of services, projects and processes are illustrative and do not form part of any contract.

## Enquiries and estimates
Submitting a form or making an enquiry does not create a contract. It is a request for us to contact you.

Any figure given before a site visit is indicative only. A binding price is given in a written, itemised estimate prepared after we have surveyed the property and, where relevant, reviewed drawings and structural calculations.

Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Variations requested during the work, or conditions that could not reasonably be seen at survey stage, may alter the price and programme; we will tell you before proceeding.

## Programmes and timescales
Programmes are given in good faith based on the scope agreed. Weather, ground conditions, third-party approvals and material availability can affect dates. We will keep you informed of any change.

## Guarantees and insurance
Structural work is covered by a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee with QANW (Quality Assured National Warranties), subject to the warranty provider's own terms and registration of the works.

We carry £2,000,000 public liability insurance. Manufacturer guarantees on supplied products are subject to those manufacturers' terms.

## Payment
Payment terms, including any staged payments, are set out in your written estimate and agreed before work starts.

## Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

We are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content in place of a written estimate or professional advice.

## Intellectual property
The text, images, logo and design of this website belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

## Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
