Our Step by Step Order Process

Working with Parker James couldn’t be easier.

Below is an overview of a typical order process you will benefit from if you choose Parker James Conservatories for your upcoming project.

We have developed a simple step by step process with you, our customer in mind. We aim to achieve the best results with minimum disruption to you and your home.

STEP 1

STEP 2

Design

We will prepare a CAD drawing in the comfort of your own home. Once you are happy with the design we will go away and compose the rest of your quote. You will then receive your full quotation and design via email.

STEP 3

Approve

When you’re happy to move forward we will confirm the final design with you and approve your order.
STEP 4

Survey

The Technical Surveyor will contact you to arrange a convenient time to visit your property.
STEP 5

Manufacturer

Your bespoke orangery or conservatory will be put into manufacture.

STEP 6

Installation

An installation date will be agreed.

STEP 7

Installation Part 1

On the day of installation a team of our professional builders will install your base and brickwork.

STEP 8

Installation Part 2

Our experienced fitters will install the frames to the existing brickwork followed by the fitting of the roof, making everything watertight.

STEP 9

Internal Installations

If you are having plastering, tiles or electrics, these will be installed by our qualified fitting teams.

STEP 10

A Beautiful New Home

Your beautiful new orangery or conservatory is now complete. You can enjoy your stunning new space and all the benefits it brings to you, your family and your home.
